After receiving an automated reply from somebody named Scott who is not taking my matter serious after being threatened and my account as well by the supervisor named Stacy it feels nobody is taking this situation one bit serious letting Stacy get away with what she did even though she will deny to save her job since this matter has been reported to the Better Business Bureau as well as trying to reach the executive office after what happened as well as trying to reach the CEO of One Main Financial Doug Shulman who I know will do something about this since nobody else is.I never expected a supervisor from One Main Financial would threaten me & my account & try to get away with it.All she had to do was fix the matter & not argue back with the customer which is very poor & unprofessional customer service & made matters worse.
