Terrible experience, no tickets delivered …
Tickets were paid for and payment accepted 2 months prior to event with promise of delivery of tickets 24 hours prior to event. The day prior to the event no tickets, called customer service ( in India) and was assured tickets would be at will call (not what was confirmed) showed up at will call and you guesses it , no tickets. Terrible experience and will not use again. The only thing they did right was offer full refund. Will see if that happens…
