Booking completed, but pricing was confusing
The staff were responsive and helped me complete my booking, but the process was quite confusing. The room was initially shown at £103 per week, while the final agreement was issued at £132 per week. I also asked about paying in instalments, but this was not available for the short stay. Communication was helpful overall, but the pricing shown on the website should be kept accurate to avoid confusion.
