I used this company once before a couple of years ago with a 30% off code. I got the results back in the 3-5 day window they advertise. This time I paid full price with no discount and it has been 14 days since it reached the lab and no results yet. Will not use them again. Now they will post some cookie cutter AI or copy and pasted reply.
