Extremely disappointing experience. I was charged for a full annual subscription after forgetting to cancel a free trial, even though I only used the platform for a few days and found it unsuitable. I reached out immediately on the same day the charge happened, but my refund request was denied despite zero usage after the first day of trial. This situation can easily be verified from my account activity. Strict policies are understandable, but showing no flexibility in cases like this especially for a large annual fee feels very unfair and not customer-oriented. Totally scam
