Misinformation and terrible first experience
Editing my rating from 5 to 1 star as I received an email and text not long after placing my order stating due to copyright infringement, they could not print my case as I had used photos of celebrities. CASETIFY themselves asked ME if I wanted a different design, so I sent two new photos asking if either of those could be used, and was told they could not modify my order since I paid using Klarna, which I'm not sure why it matters how I paid, modifications to orders should be allowed no matter what, especially in instances like this. Because they were not able to use the two new photos either, I just advised them to cancel my order. This was my first time ordering with CASETIFY, and will certainly be my last. How unfortunate because one of the cases I chose was for my daughter and she really liked it.
