The actual payment amount received…
The actual payment amount received (less than $100) was significantly less than what was estimated (over $400). I had no issues with the computer (M1 Pro Macbook Pro) and was just hoping to get an upgrade in screen size with a newer Macbook Air. I was not given an option to refute the amount. The only option I got was for the computer to be returned, but by then I had already purchased the new laptop. I'm giving 2 stars because the delivery service was convenient, however disappointed with the payment.
