The initial loan processor told me that the loan could not be done. So that was disappointing that she didn’t go the extra mile to see the options. The second loan processor who I ended up speaking with asked me additional questions and that’s how the loan was eventually approved and we were able to get it done. So it’s really the second processor that did all the work and I would give her five stars. The loan processor who did not go the extra mile the first person that I spoke to I would give her two stars, maybe three stars.
