This was my first time using Turo as I normally book my rental with the airport when I visit Hawaii. Since this time, I was going with my family, and I needed a big van. JP made my first experience a great one! He was so quick with his response to my millions of questions I had about my rental. A big plus is that the van was so nice and clean! I will definitely rent from JP again when I come back to the island! My family had such a great time, and we were able to get around the island with no issues. Thanks, JP, for the great service!
