We wish to inform you of the exemplary customer service provided by associate Kevin McCormack, at the Lake Grove Raymour & Flanagan Outlet. Having made several purchases at both the outlet and the retail store, we must express our gratitude when someone demonstrates exceptional assistance in fulfilling our shopping needs. The Charleston dresser we wanted to purchase was discontinued but Mr. McCormack helped us locate one. We were met with equally helpful service at the Massapequa Outlet by MD Brahman, where we purchased the dresser to match our Charleston chest of drawers.
