Packaging and shipping seem to be a crap shoot. The box always arrives crushed. Manny times the products inside are no longer sealed from being crushed and not being properly packed to have a chance of survival. When the products do arrive ok, they're great. I've enjoyed whey protein, isolate, EAAs, and more and have not been disappointed by prices, flavors, or results. But the shipping is a real frustration and support is very slow to do anything.
