Don’t waste your time
Don’t waste your time, terrible service, lack of communication!! when I first applied the agent that was working with me was fired because he messed up all the paperwork and progress of my loan. Then another agent was assigned to me and again had to resubmit documents that I had already done. These people don’t know the difference or definitionbetween a single dwelling house, and a condominium or a townhouse! They constantly identified my single dwelling the house as a condominium. So told them to hit the road!! They show no concern as they all work for the admiral who doesn’t care about veterans as long as his pockets keep getting filled with money. He probably still wear his white ice cream uniform, and his college geek flunkies, carrying his briefcase and picking up his dry cleaning and serving his food on a silver platter. Just wish Mr. Tom was man enough to actually talk to a retired armyVETERAN who had a terrible experience with New Day. The FCA should take the commercials off the TV due to false advertisement.!!!
