Jad was compassionate, kind and helpful while managing life's hurdles. She was patient and took the opportunity to listen regarding my families situation. She is amazing at her job and provided an amazing customer service experience and Firstkey homes are lucky to have an employee that doesn't judge or see your tenants as a dollar sign. If this is our experience moving forward during our rental lease with FirstKey, we intend on renewing for several years in our future. Jad is a superstar!!!!
