Order couldn't be filled but $$ taken.
1) Initial order couldn't be filled (even though they had accepted it and the payment). Wouldn't refund/only offered a Credit. 2) The Credit didn't reach their min $ order amount ??? so had to buy of a higher value. 3) Again, the second order couldn't be filled (even though they had accepted it and payment). They refunded the 2nd order $$ but wont refund the 1st order!

Really bad, don't trust them. they didn't deliver my order and when I ask for a refund they only answer that they are passing the information on to the order, and never gives you the refund nor send the order to you either.

If I could give zero stars I would. A product that I was told would take 5 weeks hasn't arrived after 10 weeks. They always say, we will check with our shipping agent but they never get back to you. Rubbish company. Don't use them. They won't cancel my order. They won't refund me.

Disgusting company, item never received, waited over 3 months, complaint after complaint only yo received some p!££ poor excuse from AI Guiliana stating that someone would be looking into my order, multiple emails sent and still no goods... Shocking scamming company, if could give 0 then I would. Please do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs...

I ordered an item over 3 months ago and have still not received it. When approaching the business asking them “where is it”: I get the same pathetic reply “we are looking into this”, or “your request has been forwarded to someone who can help”. Absolutely hopeless: no updates unless I ask and now they won’t refund my purchase price. DO NOT SHOP with 1Outlets.

I made an order in March ('26), I constantly emailed to ask where my order was, each time I received the same reply, "enquiry passed to a colleague" I repeatedly asked for a refund, which was answered the same, passed to colleague. Today, 13th June, I received an email saying my order had been cancelled and they would issue a store credit, as if I'd order anything from them ever again. Luckily, for me, I opened a dispute with my bank and they have refunded the amount I paid. I discovered they are part of Simba PTE, they're the ones who the payment went to. Absolute joke of a company, I am reporting them as a scam site. Steer well clear, is my advice.

One star is too much. They are thieves and frauds, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They take your order, tell you it's delayed, then send a template response to your enquiries and updates, always saying it's been passed to a colleague. You never get an update or your purchase! Please don't use them and make sure you report them if you already have.

Ordered on April 8. Never received any proactive follow up. They finally replied to my email today, May 31st, to say they could not deliver the product. They now propose in-store credit, which I do not want. They don’t seem to be reliable. Probably a scam.

This looks to be a scam site, with the messaging service being led by someone called Giuliana. They will take your money and not deliver the order, and will offer store credit instead. The store credit will also not result in any product being delivered. Avoid entirely

If I could give this scam of a company zero stars I would. DO NOT buy from this company, as they steal your money & then ignore you. The WORST company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Couldn't (?) deliver 1st order. Wont refund but just provides a credit. The credit then doesn't cover the minimum amount required for the 2nd order (it did originally). 12 weeks and just the normal: "I am passing your request to my colleagues to help you check on your order and update you asap."... which never happens. STAY CLEAR - SCAM SITE

I was a bit nervous at first, but 1Outlets delivered exactly what I ordered much faster than expected. The packaging was secure, and the product quality is top-notch—I'll definitely be shopping here again!

Unacceptable delays and poor communication I placed an order on March 16 with an original delivery date of April 20. On April 9, I was notified of a 7–14 day delay. It is now May 5, well past that extended window, and the company has provided zero updates. I’ve had to chase them down myself just to get basic information. At this point, the delay is excessive and the lack of transparency is unprofessional. I am currently demanding a full refund. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
