Scam.After placing an order, no goods was shipped for whatever reasons. When asked to refund, it would end up with in-store credit which was useless because no goods would be shipped. After a while, they just didn't reply to your emails.
Well what a waste of time
Well what a waste of time, and a total waste of money... first item ordered.. and 3months later still not delivered, or even processed.. and complained. And some story.. got a store refund... great.. so ordered something else this time a electric item.. and we'll a month later still not processed... and still waiting for it to be dispatched... so I have been ripped off properly. Do not waste your money with theses guys..

Ordered some pet health treatments on the 9/12/25 the website stated around 14 days for delivery. After 14 days I received an email saying shipping delays so my order will now get to be on or before 10/1/26 As of writing on the 14/1/ no order has been delivered, after contacting I had an email saying further shipping delays with no new delivery date. I have asked to cancel and a full refund be sent .. I am expecting that to be ignored as well. Stay well clear of this company I will now have to contact my bank to seek reimbursement of money.

That site is a scam. I ordered an item on November 5 and they sent me an email that they can’t deliver. They bullshitting me with an email of difficult times and they are not going to refund anything. Please never order from that site !

They send no item and no refund: cheeters and thiefs
I payed for a watch approximately 97 USD. After two weeks they let me know they cold not send the watch, but would give me full refund within 30 days. This was November 13. No money and no answer from them to my numerous emails.

Whenever you ask for an update on your order, they send you an automated response saying they will ask the team to come back with the progress of the delivery, but they do not come back to you with any updates at all. They have not said they will pay me back either.

Every time they promised something new — delivery “next week”, “in a few days”, “soon”… and I waited for months. In reality — nothing. No product, no refund. I have been waiting for more than two months and every update was just another excuse. Customer support keeps repeating the same scripted answers and does not solve anything. This company is completely unreliable. Do not order from them. Save your money and your time!!!

It’s a Total Scam , they refund my cancelled orders in store credits again ( which is their fault, after I enquired about my order status after a long waiting time, which never arrived) , they said it can’t be processed and they cancelled and refund in store credit form which I have been re ordering for 4 times with the same issues of cancelled orders because they can’t process and yet they are refunding that in store credit again which you can never able to but anything . They are playing “ musical chairs” game with their customers scamming us. Need to report them to the authority , the company is registered in Singapore ! Otherwise they will continue to scam many more potential customers .

Awful service, cancelled my order and offered me store credit. I have tried calling their number and no one answers, the UK number doesn’t even ring. They w effectively stolen my money.

Total scam- do not buy from them. After several messages about that the order was delayed because of an “ongoing issue”, I asked for the order to be cancelled. I then get a message that they can’t ship to Sweden but that I will get a in-store credit. I wonder how they think that would be useful when they can’t ship to me?
