A complete scam. After 2 weeks I asked for the shipping taking so long and the made up the excuse that they couldn’t ship a nail polish to Spain!!! And they would refund just to buy things from the store. I am sorry I didn’t check before buying.

Needed a new helmet quickly for an upcoming trip, and 1Outlets delivered—literally! I ordered on a Tuesday and was wearing it on Thursday. The helmet was packaged with extreme care in a sturdy box with plenty of padding, so it was completely protected during transit. After waiting for months and no products are delivered and after contacting them they did a refund but it’s a store credit and asked to order other products which I did because I have no other choice as they are not giving refund and mind you the same issue happened again, and again they just gave store credit , it’s their dirty game , there’s no way you can get your money back except you keep purchasing their products and orders don’t show up and they will just give store credit. It’s a total scam ! Don’t buy anything from them !

Total con firm and complete scam. placed my order and something made me concerned. I went on trust pilot and saw the negative reviews. Tried canceling the order within about 20 minutes but said it was too late to cancel. I have emailed a couple of times but no reply. My credit card company said I had to wait 30 days to start a charge back. I contacted the credit company this morning to start charge back and low and behold I get an email from 1Outlet saying they have put a credit on my account. I don't and never will have an account with them.You should be able to give minus stars.

Waited a month to tell me that my order would not go through. Then won't refund back to my credit card. Not worth the hassle
Absolutely a scam operation
I would give them minus 5 stars if I could. My order has been "processing" for over 6 months now. They take your money and send you nothing. When you contact them, they come up with all sorts of fake excuses why your order hasn't reached you. They don't give refunds. At most, they offer you a "credit" for future purchases, and then the same cycle starts all over again. The clever thing is, they seem to specialize in hard-to-find items, to increase the chances that you'll have no alternative but to order from them. Don't be tempted. Stay away!

1 star is to much, accepted and processed payment, never delivered goods, every replace delivery stopped due to the shipping issue, no refundation of the payment, absolutely tragic communication

Ik bestelde een product, bleek na maanden dat het niet geleverd kon worden. Wanneer ik mijn geld terugvroeg zetten ze dat (zeggen ze) om in een tegoedbon op mijn account. Maar ... ik heb met het juiste paswoord geen toegang meer tot mijn account en wanneer ik dan een herstel email aanvraag krijg ik geen email toegestuurd, ook niet in de spam. OPLICHTERS !! I ordered a product, it turned out after months that it could not be delivered. When I asked for my money back they converted it (they say) into a credit note on my account. But ... I no longer have access to muy account with the correct password and when I then request a recovery email I do not receive an email, not even in the spam. SCAMMERS !! En ze blijven maar info sturen die niet bruikbaar is ... en dat weten ze maar al te goed. Mijn antwoord op 26/5/2025: It doesn't work and you know it. No email is received to reset the password !! Once more negative points on TrustPIlot, which has already only negative comments. This is 100% fraude and you know that I can't do anything about it. En de positieve reviews die ze blijken te hebben: FAKE, wellicht door bots gepost.
