I am extremely disappointed with 1Outlets. My order (#1000360606) was cancelled by the seller because they were unable to deliver the product. I did not cancel the order myself. On August 28, 1Outlets confirmed that my refund would be returned to my original payment card and explained that an international refund could take up to one month. I agreed to wait. More than a month has now passed, and I have received neither the refund nor a satisfactory response to my follow-up emails. I paid for a product that was never delivered. I am not interested in store credit. I want my money returned to the original card, as agreed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store. Customers should be cautious and carefully consider the refund process before placing an order.

If I could continue this review without a rating thats where I would have been. My order was due 29th of July, and as others have experienced, the same automated reply 'I am passing your request to my colleagues to help you check on your order and update you asap' and then.....nothing. So, out of pocket and out of patience. Its absolutely ridiculous. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FOR TOUR OWN SANITY AND YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! If anyone knows a way to even get partially reimbursed feel free to let me know. Shame on you 1Outlets!!

this is a scam do not be fooled by any reviews that say otherwise. The payments go to a mobile phone network in Singapore. I attempted to highlight this scam with the Singaporean regulator but the expense involved is simply not worth it. I hope this review clears any uncertainty regarding this being a genuine website. Scammers - My order wasnt arriving, they eventually agreed to credit me (on their website). I ordered again and had to pay in a little bit of extra money. Every time I query, I get the same response "Thank you for contacting us. I am passing your request to my colleagues to help you check on your order and update you asap. Thank you, Giuliana" This has been going on for months now! Wish I had seen these reviews earlier - Avoid at all costs! Additionally, if you read some of the 5 star reviews, they are clearly fake

AVOID!! not legit. take your order and payment. send no order. when you contact them to chase you get the exact same worded reply each time that it's been referred to colleague. 3.5 months since I ordered. I even tried emailing a random text to see if it was the same reply... it was. nit expecting an order OR a refund. total scam. DO NOT USE

Ordered Up and Running with Autodesk Inventor Nastran 2023 on August 12, 2026. My card was charged immediately by Simba Pte Ltd. More than a month later, the order is still shown as “Processing” on their own website. I have received no tracking number and no book. I requested cancellation and a refund and repeatedly contacted customer service, but continue receiving generic responses saying they are checking with colleagues or shipping agents. As of September 15, I have received neither the product nor a refund. Based on my experience, I do not consider this retailer trustworthy and I strongly recommend that others do not purchase from them.
This is a joke been battling for over a year.. they don't deliver, give a Store Credit, I order something else and that's not delivered and we order again now on the 5th reorder... and it's not delivered.. and we will get a Store Credit again and it's just pure fraud.. stay away buy from anyone else.. not these clowns

Two days later I got an email calling 30 September the “estimated delivery.” Fine print: that date is only when the warehouse might ship, not when the parcel arrives. Tracking is promised “later.” If they cannot fulfil the order, they say they will give store credit, not a refund to your card. Weeks later the order is still PROCESSING. No tracking. Support only replies with the same line: “I am passing your request to my colleagues.” This matches hundreds of other reviews: long delays, no shipment, then an unusable in-store credit instead of your money back. The site has been around for years, so it does not look like a brand-new fake shop — but the pattern is the same. Do not order there. If you already paid, ask for a card refund in writing, refuse store credit, and check Trustpilot before you spend anything else.

I would have given no stars if it was possible. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a bottle of Bitamin B1 pills on 27th June and still don’t have them - 67 days later - nearly 10 weeks. I have asked, complained, demanded a refund and all I have had is a generic email saying they will ask their colleagues to contact me. Needless to say, no further contact from any ‘colleagues’ has been received. They are CHARLATANS, so AVOID.

On 11 June I ordered some supplements which cost NZ$71 through this company which appears to be a subsidiary of a Singapore company Simba. They notified me shortly after that they were unable to fulfil the order and that they would offer me a credit within a month on further purchases. I said I did not want a credit but a refund of my money. I have emailed them several times since then. To date (19 August) they have provided neither refund nor credit. On further investigation of their Terms of Trade, while they talk of refunds, they only offer credits on further purchases but appear not to even provide these. I would advise anyone attempting to buy anything through this company not to do so: their behaviour breaches both New Zealand's Fair Trading Act and its Consumer Guarantees Act.
Made an order with 1 outlets in April 2026, still no sign of the delivery, I request my refund for €52.00, and still no communication from this rip-off company, highly recommend people avoid at all costs.
