EXCELLENT customer serviceng on my…
I selected the wrong shipping on my order, so 2 weeks later was wondering where my order was. I checked the 2Fdeal FAQ and it said to check my junk mail folder. In my junk folder was an email from the day I ordered with a link to pay the extra ($7.50) for the correct shipping, but the link had expired. I emailed Olivia and 10 minutes later everything was fixed and my order on it's way. EXCELLENT customer service :)

Very quikly shipment, just two weeks. First week in awaiting for shipment, but after this week all was very fast. In Italy the shipment was managed by Amazon. All things was arrived in perfect condiction. Thank you very much.

I just received my first parcel sent from this store. Everything is very carefully packed. Nothing was damaged. The only small thing: after paying for the goods, my parcel was in the status "awaiting shipment" for two weeks. This made me a little nervous. But the parcel arrived very quickly, when the status changed to "sent". Very fast! The store is good and trustworthy!
