Customers consistently state the exceptional value offered, noting that the products are very reasonably priced while maintaining a wonderful level of quality across a truly massive selection of available items. Consumers also praise the efficient delivery service, mentioning that packages usually arrive quite quickly and are very securely packaged without any noticeable damage during transit. Just excellent service

Just excellent service shipped within a couple of days after order. Had some questions about payment. They anserd right away. Help me all the way. Very good prices and a large inventory stock. The only thing I can say I'm very happy with this store. Definitely easier to order when you just pay one price and all shipping and extra cost is included. It's a excellent service. I am definitely recommending the store to all of you because I am going to continue shop there because I love this kind of product that I don't get at home

I couldn’t leave a review on the website, so I’m doing it here

I was almost speechless at the sight of such an affordable unit with a clean, elegant, minimalist design that came so close to hi-end quality!! Then came the harsh reality. The threads are so poorly made and loose that when you screw them in, they become so crooked that one of the caps underneath (fortunately not the one for the protection circuit) got stuck and can no longer be unscrewed; the mechanical boxes need to be taken apart and cleaned regularly, especially the contacts. Then what about the battery tube? It’s barely any thicker than a can of Coke! There is a positive side: the fire button is really responsive! Now, to wrap up, is it worth it? Yes, for the design and feel. NO, for the build quality. Yes, for the pleasure of using it; no, because there’s a risk that if you use it, sooner or later it’ll end up just sitting on the shelf. It comes in nice packaging with some spare parts – a nice touch, but I won’t have any use for them. One last thing: some add-ons wouldn’t go amiss, such as a mother-of-pearl or amber button, or perhaps an engraved battery tube, or a riser for smaller atomisers – things like that.

Good customer service

Good customer service, was kept updated on shipping time and days when stock would arrive, parcel was sent the day they recieved the stock. Quite reliable as always... Shipping is about 10-12 days to UK, good enough if you can wait. Used them after that purchase again as I could not find the item I wanted anywhere else.

Unpleasant experience

I purchased some items from 24hrs category. A week later it wasn’t shipped yet so I demanded that it would be shipped immediately or just cancel so they gave me a fake tracking number to buy time which is different from the one provided in the confirmation email that was sent to me the next day. Carelessness is one thing. But dishonesty is totally something else that in my opinion puts any business in the lowest level among others. And usually I don’t make such comparisons but since I made another purchase from 3fvape the same day and also from 24hrs category I certainly want to say that I received the confirmation email in less than a day. That is x9 times faster so definitely worth mentioning.

I ordered a black YFTK atomizer from…

I ordered a black YFTK atomizer from them. I could complain about how long it took to arrive, but I would be willing to overlook that if the product I received actually worked. The atomizer I received is defective. The seller asked me to send a video, which I did, and claimed that the problem was only with the atomizer’s coil setup—even though I tried different wires (different types of wires) and cotton—not to mention that it burned my lower lip. It seems the seller no longer wants to resolve the situation, so I requested a chargeback—I absolutely do not recommend doing business with this seller.
