I ordered a black YFTK atomizer from them. I could complain about how long it took to arrive, but I would be willing to overlook that if the product I received actually worked. The atomizer I received is defective. The seller asked me to send a video, which I did, and claimed that the problem was only with the atomizer’s coil setup—even though I tried different wires (different types of wires) and cotton—not to mention that it burned my lower lip. It seems the seller no longer wants to resolve the situation, so I requested a chargeback—I absolutely do not recommend doing business with this seller.
