I order a mod tank and coils on June 30, 2026. It's now September 11,2026. Still nothing. I was asked if I wanted a refund, store credit, or reship. I told them refund and they replied the order cleared custom and would be there shortly. They gave me a new tracking number and resent it. So I have to wait another month or longer. It's been over a week since the new tracking number and it's still awaiting shipping. Edit: in fairness 2 days after putting this review tracking shows September 17, 2026 delivery. August 31,2026 is was when i was told customs released "original order"

Continued reliable service from Healthcabin, I've ordered about 10 parcels now and their packing and order accuracy has always been perfect. Great bargains on hardware, good juices and flavours, and a nice discount and points system which leads to about $20 to $30 USD in discounts per month for me, almost enough to regularly cover shipping costs which are high, and often take a long time to arrive (3-8 weeks to NZ) in this day and age.

No one is immune from mistakes. At first, this store sent me only part of my order.But after talking to support, they sent me the missing items. That's why I give it 5 stars.
The products are great and the prices cannot be beat it takes awhile to receive your delivery but that's only because the company is based in China and to be expected that it will take at least 3 to 4 weeks before you receive it due to having to go through customs my advice is if it's something you need right away than go to your local vape shop if you can wait then order it but this company is reliable just be patient you'll get what you ordered
I've made five purchases so far and HealthCabin has been great. Each order filled exactly as expected, really well packaged, and easily tracked through the mail, although shipping can take a long time from the bonded warehouse (about 4-6 weeks to NZ). Only about 2 weeks shipping from the Liquid and SEA warehouses to NZ though. Love the reward system and discounts which have consistently saved me about 30%. Ultimate price ends up being about half of local vape shop costs, well worth the wait for shipping. Their hardware is legit and the liquids and flavours are better than I'd dared to hope. I'll be coming back for sure to help offset ridiculous global vape laws.
