Shipping costs an arm and a leg
Shipping costs an arm and a leg. You advertise free shipping, but have a deal with FedEx to charge your customers over $30 to US. Not nice. You lost me as a customer of 7 years.

Apologize for the shipping issue. But we did offer Free Shipping, did not charge customers shipping fee during check out. The fee charged by FeDex should be custom duty. We are also talking to FeDex to solve the problem.
Not perfect but better than most
I have been shopping with Health Cabin for eight years now. For the most part they are a very trustworthy and cost effective choice. I have placed hundreds of orders with them and have always received what I ordered, no counterfeit products. My only gripe would be their crapy website, the ticket system and the customer service people’s inability to understand what you are saying. The website has issues, use it enough and you will repeatedly experience problems. The ticket system is too slow, so if you place an order and need to adjust it or something, it is normally not possible because the shipping process is generally quicker that the ticket process. The support people’s inability to understand (some) English is only an issue when discussing complex issues or questions - they are actually better than most Chinese based companies. All in all they are a good company. Better (IMO&E) than most!

Buyers beware!!! This company doesn't care for it's customers or their product quality. 90 days warranty is not acceptable. Second device failed within 10 months and support refused to replace it...
Poor communication re my order
Poor communication re my order. Issue with my delivery and postal address, not brought to my attention till I made contact over a week later after not recieving any emails in relation to my order. Paid for express delivery so I could get my order quickly. Still waiting 2 weeks later.

It is a decent vape distributor. Their constant clearance sale is super nice, except for one thing; you never get free shipping on clearance purchase.
Bad customer service and horrable shipping
I bought a mod from this company and will NEVER do it again.. Customer service is a JOKE, tracking numbers either don't exists or just tell you unknown shipping location and unknown shipper thus unknown date of arrival. Add to that, that you must use a google translator ( for tracking not their website ) to even get the useless tracking information because it is all in Chinese or Japanese not English. I ordered it almost a month ago and have yet to receive anything and have contacted them now twice and got useless "here use this tracking number" information. They are not helpful in getting you your product and even caring when you might or might not get it.. I will not use them again!
Not the same anymore :(
Been a customer for about 5 years and with everything now changed for them to avoid free shipping, most of the items are now classified under clearance! This makes them unavailable for the free shipping and you need to pay a high fee for DHL. It is fast mind you but no matter the declared value, you get nailed by DHL brokerage fees. The latest mystery grab bag 2017 is a joke. Sure the prices were awesome but labeled as clearance and they get you with the shipping fees. Also, they did not mix up the selections, example I bought 6 mystery bags D and got 6 of the same items instead of mixing it up. No big deal, sold 5 of them afterwards and got more than I paid in return but still... they should have mixed them up! Other stores may be slow with their orders but at least they have real free shipping! If you want to upgrade the option for faster shipping, it's still cheaper by a whole lot in comparison. I used to like Healthcabin.net but just not the same anymore. The discount links for orders over $50 does not work and when submitted a ticket, they stated that it;'s expired even if I just received their email promotion stating otherwise. Did my last order with them and now done with them! Thank you for the past and Goodbye for the future!
