Tried to place an order here. Everything went wrong. Customer service did not respond; only after emailing three times and waiting four weeks did I receive a reply. Customer service blamed the time zone as an excuse, even though there was a four-week delay. To get more information, I visited their Facebook group, but after asking a question I was immediately blocked. I also noticed that customer service is unfriendly, and not customer-oriented.. We wanted to buy wholesale, but after this it is clear that 2deal is not reliable to do business with.
