I feel bad for many who got screwed by 5econds.com. I must have got lucky then as I ordered 2 weeks ago and got my item today and it was exactly as described if not better then expected.

Confused About Their Policy
I did receive my order (orthopedic sandals) but I need to return them as they hurt my feet. I notified the company within the required ten day return period and have sent multiple emails but have received no response. I know now after reading all of the negative postings that I will be stuck with these sandals. I will donate them to a women's shelter and hopefully someone else can wear them. I will never buy anything from this company again. Their customer service is very disappointing. Update 02/05/20: I finally did hear back from the company but they said they sent what I ordered and I will have to pay return shipping. I am okay with that but after reading reviews, I don't know if they will reimburse me so I will just donate these since I cannot wear them. I would rather donate them than pay return shipping and not be sure if they will reimburse me.
No problems with my order
After reading some of the other comments I became concerned about never receiving my order, but it turned up today in good condition and works well. The order took less than a month (coming from China) and this was ordered a bit before Christmas, so I’m fairly pleased considering the problems others have had.
Good product bad communication and shipping speed
They probably got overwhelmed with the holidays and did not ship in time. Communication was non existent also. However the product finally came a month later and it works as advertised so at least it came.
Late delivery but a great product, very happy with it
Ok, so it took a month to arrive but what a great product. It is very easy to use. I hope it keeps working as well as it does now. I cleaned the socket carefully before I inserted the magnetic plug. It fits snugly and securely so I hope I won't have any more trouble with dirty connections. If it stops working I will be back to edit this review... One month later: It works really well. Still happy. Good quality. One minor point, roll the connector off when disconnecting it otherwise you might pull the stub out of the socket.
Waste of time and money
BAD, BAD. I never received my item, they never answer my emails. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. Unless you want waste your time and money.
Product Solar Globe for £26 less.
Solar Globe bought for £35 It is about 2" diameter, so much smaller than I expected. Nevertheless it appears well made and fits the description on the YouTube advertisement. Delivery time was just over 2 weeks, and I had just raised a query as to what was happening, when it arrived, I checked on E-Bay to find that there was no restriction on the number of UK providers who would charge me £8 or less. I bought another one from E-Bay which arrived within 2 days, and apart from the packaging is an identical product. I now can split the costs between the two for each of my grandsons. £17 each! I suppose the additional amount was to cover shipping costs (?), to be charitable, Don't waste your money with 5econds, look on e-bay instead.
I had no problems receiving my order
I had no problems receiving my order. It took 3 weeks. People I guess are having troubles with tracking? But I went to 17track.net and was able to track my order just fine. I know Alex got alot of bad reviews but the order was pretty legit to me. Shout put to Alex Britt! Thank you for the great service👍🏽
All was well
All was well when ordering from these guys I got my item in 2 weeks just as described.
