We ordered and used this shower head for a few weeks before it started to leak and spread water all over our bathroom while taking a shower, We also unfortunately ordered and gave friend and family a product too and they experienced the same issue… We have tried to reach manufacturer 5econds for reclaiming those and get a refund but has not got any answer… Not recommended at all

Delivery in 20 to 30 business days”. Two months later, I am still waiting. They have not bothered to respond to my last request about delivery. Very Bad in Responding - Deceptive Rip Off
Very Bad in Responding, Deceptive practice and longer than expected delays, 10 weeks for delivery and nothing resembling item ordered AND PAID for. Tried resolving for three weeks with no response outside of discount offered on next purchase. Two months later got an email that they do not respond to every email, sent under another name. Like that's going to happen after being ripped off. Item sent was $30 less than the one ordered and purchased. Strongly recommend searching another site for purchasing the item you are looking for, regardless of the price, the cost will be a savings over the loss and time expended. I did contact the Attorney General who has listed them as a deceptive practice problem organization and forwarded complaint to the AG of the state where they are located.

AVOID!! AVOID!! Red flag!! Red flag!! Well, my boots have finally arrived!! At last!! Several months late!! But they are the wrong size and do not fit!!! Alex very kindly informs me that 5econds does not offer exchanges for incorrect sizes sent nor offers refunds!!!! Thank you so much Alex (if that really is your name!!)!!! What a waste of time, effort and money!! Zero rating for “Customer Service”. Alex has suggested I order another pair, but a bigger size!! He’s even prepared to offer a 50% discount this time!! Yeah right!! And end up waiting another 3-4 months delivery!! Plus keeping the pair that doesn’t fit!! Really Alex........!!

I had the misfortune of wasting my hard-earned money, It was my son's birthday in May 2020 (and ordered well in advance around the 1st week of March 2020). After so many mails to ALEX BRITT AKA scammer supreme, (that's not even a real profile) Received (had to pick it from the post office) my shipment on October 2 week 2020. A pack of three air drones, made out of the worst material you can imagine, like a 3rd-grade cheap copy of a copy! and all 3 broken, crushed, and obviously not working, the other neon glow in dark board with marker, which also, by the way, is shriveled, bent, made of foam rather than actual cardboard, which bends easily and OBVIOUSLY not working. Don't buy anything from here. Its Dangerous people! Maybe they will hack your cards or personal details!

Bought earbuds in February. By the end of April I requested a refund due to not receiving the product. Each time I contacted them about the product, they provided me with a bogus tracking number and said I will receive it in 2 weeks. Finally, I contacted my credit card to dispute the charge. In July, I received cheap China made earbuds that didn’t even work for a full week. I bet these positive reviews are “Alex” posting them himself. I never did get my money back.

giving one star because cannot give less than one. this is fraud company. i ordered hair trimmber in june didnt receive until end of sept. they are not refunding and not sending the order. above this, this "alex" keeps deducting funds from my visa card and after repeated emails does not bother to stop pulling funds from my visa. taken the help of bank too but this guy get his way out as i think he does it with different names. people who have received their order are lucky or just are fake reviews put up by this company.

Hi I’m giving this company a star because I can’t give it less than one star otherwise it would be a no rating review. I Purchased four items from this company in March at the height of the pandemic. Today is September 23 and I have not yet received one item from them. I spent over $140 and I still have not received any items from this company. I’m still sending texts to a guy name Alex, letting him know that he never sent me my order. I later realized that they are sending it from Singapore. My credit card was charged from Singapore. Ok, everyone has to make a living I get it, but send me my order. Customer service is an email to Alex that’s it.
Took 2 months to receive my order!
I ordered a pair of shoes on July 7 and immediately received an email saying my shoes would be shipped in 2 weeks. In August, I had not received them and after repeated emails and request to cancel my order and have my credit card receive a credit (which they were unwilling to do - claiming the order had been already shipped), I FINALLY received my shoes on September 15 - over two months.

Ordered these they were cheap c__p. They never worked I ended up throwing them out. They were very poor quality. Even though I paid $29.58 for them. ( and lost $25.58 ) I’m Not happy with this lot. They appear to have changed the company name. When googled up come 5seconds, then 5econds. I honestly believe that this company is a scam. They are there to take YOUR money. Then send out c__p that Don't last you 5seconds. Great to know that a link relating to my purchase is not allowed in MY review. This makes it easy for this company to carry on ripping people off.
