I contacted A11N Sports regarding a defective Pickelball net and they sent me a new one with little fuss and instructions for optimizing care and longevity of the new net. Allen was very helpful and responsive.

I ordered a pickleball net system because of your stated delivery schedule. Then you kept coming up with delayed shipping notifications so I finally found product elsewhere and canceled my order. But did a good job of canceling order and reimbursement.

I wrote a review a couple of weeks ago. But since using the net about 6 times the net has torn in a couple of places. I would like to hear back from the company and hope they offer me a replacement net but cannot seem to find a telephone number to call. Cindy
a company that makes it right
I wrote a review earlier giving the product a 2 star. We had trouble with 3 defective parts making it hard to assemble. We were contacted by a customer service rep immediately. Through a few email exchanges, the company replaced the 3 parts that didn’t quite work right. The parts came quickly and they work perfectly now. Overall, this is a great net. Our pickleball club has several just like this one but are made by a different company. This one is far better in that the net doesn’t sag. It’s important to buy a product from a company that stands behind it. Although we wish all the parts worked like they were supposed to, it was comforting to find out that this company truly stands behind what they sell and will take care of you should the need arise. We will buy from them again.
poor quality
It was hard putting the pieces together due to manufacturing defects. The round opening of one pole was not round. So we couldn’t put another pole through that opening. Another pole was dented above the opening. So we had a hard time getting another pole into that one. My husband had to work with it by banging on those places and we finally were able to assemble it. We are leaving it up for now. I don’t know how much trouble we will have in the future by disassembling and reassembling each time. Won’t recommend it due to the poor quality control.

Good customer service
Good customer service. Was missing a part when I initially received, but customer service was prompt in responding and sending out the missing piece. Has been great during this time when parks are not setting up nets during this time.

Net Needs to be More Durable
When the net is installed on the support system, it causes extreme high tension. Under this amount of tension, the net really should be stitched using a heavier duty material and threading.

Problem with the two nets fixed fast
We had a problem with the two pickleball nets that we purchased through A11N Sports; however, their representative was very helpful and immediately took action to replace the nets. We're very happy with the new nets.
