We had to wait 10 months to get replacement nets in stock. I emailed every couple of months and was told they'd be in stock in a month every time I reached out. Thankfully someone reached out to me in September to let me know they were in stock and that I would get a discount. The discount wasn't even important but after I responded with how many nets I needed, I had to follow up 4 times to get someone to actually put in the order for me. I needed them to do it because we are tax exempt. Our tax info is on file as we have ordered a lot from you but when the order was made, tax was added. I had to ask for the tax to be refunded and had to provide all the documents again. We love the nets and don't mind having to get replacement nets but waiting 10+ months is ridiculous. We use those nets for collegiate intramural leagues, college physical education classes, and open play so not having functional nets impacts a LOT of people.

Very responsible and great customer/delivery services.

Took 5 month to get a replacement net even though a complete net and frame and net was available. Seems like you could have taken a net from one of the complete set and send it to us..... guess not.

It’s a great training asset for beginners and intermediate. The swivel function adds a new level of realism to the training. As I usually train alone, it’s quite an annoying thing with only 19 balls and have to press stop button and collect balls and press start. I suggest a sensor to detect ball and without ball, it will auto pause. However, I bought a collector net, set it up above the A11N to continuously feed it with returned shot. This allows me to train without stopping. I like the spin function too. The angle adjustment can only works on position 4, which is able to shoot above the net. The rest of angle position 1-3, requires a lifting device such as heavy duty tripod to allows it to shoot the ball straight out. I like the 3 options of AC power or “D” battery (x4) or power bank with an output of 2A. Overall, satisfied with the purchase. I have only used it for a day, hope it is reliable to last.

The launcher failed after little use and the company is not honoring their warranty.

Very nice machine!!!

Have used Machine only once so far. BUT-I used with 2 of my instructions and we all think its great!!! Love that it rotates & mixes launches up. I'm sure it will improve my game. Love the price - very reasonable! When using by myself I'm sure I'm going to wish it held more balls.....but you can't have everything for that price 😉.

Fully resolved

Fully resolved. The language barrier and time difference makes communication and resolution difficult, but with time and patience everything was fully resolved. Will be a repeat customer.

Excellent Net. Well constructed, easy to put together, lightweight, high quality. Couldn't be happier.

Easy and smooth ordering experience

Easy and smooth ordering experience. Ball launcher came with 4-5 days. Works great. Love the 3 power sources for one machine. The A11N is a great value!

Helpful engaged employees

Our physical address is in a different town from our mailing address and shipping companies sometimes reject our physical address. A11N emailed and helped figure out how to get the net to us. It arrived in good condition as advertised and on time. The price was reasonable also.😁.

Replacement part

Customer service sent a replacement for a part with a manufacturing defect right away.

Trying too put my net together the net…

Trying too put my net together the net doesn’t have a center slot to slide the center of the net down over the center pole?and the the two number three that connect to the end bases are not drilled to receive the two number three pieces so can not lock in!!
