Ordered the portable pickleball set for daughter/son in law’s anniversary. They loved it! Quality is great and customer service fantastic! April in Customer Service followed up with me and I truly appreciated her doing that. Thank you!
Delivery time is too long. Product didn’t ship until 7 days after order date. Shipping duration is 5 days.
Hello Bob, Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the delay in shipping your order. Under normal circumstances, orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. After reviewing your order, we see that it was fulfilled by Amazon Logistics, which may have experienced unforeseen delays that contributed to the longer delivery time. We are following up with them to better understand what happened. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact [email protected]. We will be here for you. Regards, A11N SPORTS team

Quick delivery, good net
Customer Service responded to my problem after several requests. In the end, they took care of my issue.
You made receiving the order very easy. But I wish that the item was different. I really wanted an inpool volleyball net - not a four-way net and I know that I ordered this one because it was the only net I saw anchored inside the pool and my pool is shaped in a way that I couldn't use a side to side net anchored outside the pool... I don't think I will be able to use this because it is way too big inside the pool.
Ordered a bike for my child and it was cheaper than Amazon and came shipped to my door quicker. Good product and great timing
You waited until the clubs should be delivered to tell me they were out of stock. Should have known that before I even ordered them.
Dear Taylor, Thank you for your feedback. Sorry again that the product you ordered was out of stock. To resolve this promptly, we reached out immediately to offer an alternative color once we had your order and made multiple attempts to contact you. Unfortunately, as we didn’t receive a response, we had to cancel the order. We truly value your satisfaction and would love to make this right. We’ll contact you again for possible solutions. Please check your inbox. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future. Best regards, A11N Sports
Great net - great customer service!
The company sent an additional email thanking me for the business and asking me to let them know if I was unhappy in any way. The net is really well built and it’s working great! The quality of the frame is far superior than what I have seen. The catering wheels make this net roll like butter. I couldn’t be happier.
Harper was great and offered exceptional service, we will be a customer again
Great products, really like the pickleball nets.
I received the nets much quicker than anticipated. I felt that the price charged was fair. The replacement nets fit perfectly.
Fast delivery, excellent products, and professional execution. I will be back soon! Thanks, Jeff Slyter
