We had to wait 10 months to get replacement nets in stock. I emailed every couple of months and was told they'd be in stock in a month every time I reached out. Thankfully someone reached out to me in September to let me know they were in stock and that I would get a discount. The discount wasn't even important but after I responded with how many nets I needed, I had to follow up 4 times to get someone to actually put in the order for me. I needed them to do it because we are tax exempt. Our tax info is on file as we have ordered a lot from you but when the order was made, tax was added. I had to ask for the tax to be refunded and had to provide all the documents again. We love the nets and don't mind having to get replacement nets but waiting 10+ months is ridiculous. We use those nets for collegiate intramural leagues, college physical education classes, and open play so not having functional nets impacts a LOT of people.
