Product as claimed and so far seems good. However, a month for delivery is not acceptable in this day and age

Was easy to order -took a couple of weeks to come - not used the cooling towels yet - but all seem ok

Cold Towel journey

I was well informed about the progress of my order. Being able to track its journey was helpful. When my order arrived it was in excellent condition. The product itself was amazing and the price was great.

These 'magic' towels are great

These 'magic' towels are great. I don't know how they work, but they do. The only negative was the time they took to arrive. They took about 4 weeks. Luckily we can use them as we're in the middle of a heatwave. But even if you just want to freshen up, they're great 🤗

Good product

Good product, well packaged and presented. I would have given 5 stars but delivery took so long I had forgotten I had ordered.

Not worth the money or the wait!

Cooling towels took ages to arrive. Taxes added to payment as they are supposidly shipped from USA. Label on envelope was from China, covered by another one with return address in Hounslow???. To top it all towels are smaller and no more effective than others purchased for £2.50, including more useful storage capsules!!!

I was suffering badly in the heat & the towels were an absolute winner for me, when I would normally be sweating badly the towels kept me cool. Fast delivery too.

Plenty of unnecessary but nevertheless reassuring emails updating me with my parcels delivery status.

Bird rain catcher

I thought the rain catcher was poor value for money and the advertising very misleading. Your edited in birds were out of scale and the pictures made it look so much larger. Ordering was easy and it arrived when expected.

Product doesn't work as advertised
