Item did not look the same quality as the Facebook advert. It arrived crumpled and had to be ironed before first use. Also quite small size

I order merchandise and did not receive them! Emailed several times and had no response 🙁. Very disappointed and out of pocket as no way to get refund

Problems with payment and delivery date

Although easy to order, the payment taken was more than the invoice for no reason. I eventually got a refund of the difference after a couple of email exchanges. The cooling towels took over 2 weeks to arrive which was a shame as we were in the middle of a heatwave. Couldn’t get an answer as to when to expect them which was annoying. They finally turned up yesterday.

Initially I was overcharged for the items bought so I emailed the company and was refunded immediately. The items took just over 3 weeks to arrive so quite a long time. In all because the items are great for what we want them for it was an ok experience.

Put it this way won't be ordering anything else. Delivery was 1 month not acceptable. Plus bought same item from an other site at half the price. And delivered in 2 week.

Arrived fairly quickly

Purchase arrived after approx 1½ weeks after ordering. It was well packaged. Exactly as ordered. No issues.

Good delivery time. Kept updated on the order. When it arrived it was as described. Lovely item. Very pleased.

Finally received my towels. They seem to stay cool as described, but have waited a long time for delivery

It was quite a long wait for the towel although I was keen informed of Tracking. To be perfectly honest the towel was a total waste of money.

Cooling cloths are great & do as advertised. Unfortunately, shipping speed is terrible. & they took forever to get here once I'd placed my order, which meant I never got to use them for my holiday as intended & needed to buy more for this reason. Ordered Jun 6th & arrived July 12th. I don't recall anywhere that stated it would take that long.

Excellent but took a while

Goods not fit for use

I explained the items did not fit my type of strimmer and after refusing offers of 10p and 25p refund was finally offered £21.98 which I accepted with no return of goods. This was not honoured and the sellers asked for return of goods I appealed but was refused. I am the loser Not an honest company
