My order remains unfulfilled

My order remains unfulfilled. Fortunately I only ordered a relatively inexpensive cooling towel. Ordered on the 27 June, it is now 21 August and I still have not received it. I have chased several times. One reply simply stated that "the system might have some delays these days" !! Avoid purchasing from this company.

The sticker idea is great BUT ours…

The sticker idea is great BUT ours arrived all creased! Hence the 3star review. Hoping to get a replacement if possible as I think it will look awful with all the creases in it!

Ordered two of the same items in June, and in August still no sign of either item and the tracking info hasn’t updated either. Thinking I have been conned. Avoid avoid avoid.

Honestly a very good experience

Honestly a very good experience. I ordered a strimmer head and it arrived yesterday in perfect condition and it fits my strimmer perfectly. The head itself is of good quality and works better than standard strimming nylon. I will buy again from this company.

Item not usable and wouldn't accept return

Ordered a horseshoe nose ring with attachment needle. Items were sent however the needle did not attach to the ring to enable threading through the piercing. Seller would not let me return item for a refund and only offered 4% refund. I eventually received a refund via PayPal. I wouldn't ever use this selling site again and do not recommend. Items not as described and customer service is poor.

Poor customer satisfaction

I bought a Universal Wire Head Trimmer to attach to my grass strimmer. It arrived quite quickly; it looks strong enough, but I can't test it because it's not compatible with my machine. The box has pictures of two different-sized strimmer attachment holes. They sent one with a small hole when I need the larger. This difference is not specified when ordering, even though the product is called universal. I've written three times to the company asking to switch what was sent. So far, no response. Dissatisfied!
