Cooling cloths are great & do as advertised. Unfortunately, shipping speed is terrible. & they took forever to get here once I'd placed my order, which meant I never got to use them for my holiday as intended & needed to buy more for this reason. Ordered Jun 6th & arrived July 12th. I don't recall anywhere that stated it would take that long.

Sizing not good
Delivery was fast, ordering on the websire was very easy.
I'm very dissapointed with the sizing though. I ordered a 2xl which stated a UK 40C would fit. Now I know this is my correct size after having my annual measurements at a popular UK store. The bras received, although stating to be 2xl's were more like a 1xl. My daughter who is a 34C now has them & they're a perfect fit.
