The ordering process and product is great . Delivery was just a bit slow but I expect that just because it came from China . So just allow plenty of time if ordering (4 weeks)

Disappointing service

Order 299494 : Recently ordered 2x items which don’t fit and want to return. Have been told returns/exchanges not feasible at the current time?? Very small amount of compensation offered which is unacceptable. Their own returns policy ignored! Disappointing. Warning: Do not buy from here if you are not sure if the size as they do not allow returns which is not made clear on the website.

4 bead animals

It looks interesting. I think all the beads were there. I ordered the 4 cats one but I’ve got cat, dog, rabbit and hamster. It’s smaller than I thought and the instructions are small.

**BUYER BEWARE** I ordered a bra and matching knickers, they took 5 weeks to arrive and when they did they were far too small and poor quality. I emailed them to get returns details and eventually the reply I got was that they sent the correct product and that they would offer me £6 which is a quarter of the cost. I ordered the size of every other bra and knickers that I own which all fit me perfectly so their sizing is way out. I have declined the offer of £6 and asked for the returns details so that I can send them back for a full refund. I am being met with radio silence.

I’m disappointed with the product

I’m disappointed with the product. Although it is comfortable to wear, there is no support because the straps have too much give in them, being made of the same stretchy material as the rest of the bra. Also it took 3 weeks to arrive.

Would NOT recommend this company at all. The shout out game has been 3d printed, does not work. When I complained with a video they offered me £2 then finally £6 and no more than that. They said the game I got is what I ordered. REALLY!!!! The one I ordered from YOUR advert worked in the ad, this one doesn’t move. Utterly disgusting.

Absolute SCAM

Absolute SCAM. Company's so called address is a mish-mash of street names,district, city and postcode from different cities. Do no deal with these people!

The bras are amazing. I have a few health conditions and wired bras hurt my back so these are great.

The WORST customer service

The WORST customer service. Do not buy from them. It's a scam. They won't let you return but offer compensation of £3 and really ridiculous emails. It's a joke. The bra is not supportive and firming at all. It's the worst underwear I've ever had the displeasure of trying on. I have had to take the matter up with my credit card company who have agreed and refunded me.

Avoid - substandard goods from China

The bras I received were shipped from China which I hadn't realised would be the case before ordering. The quality was far below what I had expected from the website description and the fit was very poor. I applied for a refund and was offered just 3GBP when I'd spent nearly 40GBP on the order. I was then offered a 5GBP as "International return shipping can be costly and time-consuming, which we sincerely wish to help you avoid". Still waiting for a further response to my refusal to accept this offer. Avoid this company at all costs as they sell substandard goods and as the goods are shipped from China they do everything possible to get away with not honouring their refund policy.

Avoid. No Returns.

Checked prior to ordering that I could exchange an item if it didn’t fit. Now they are refusing to exchange and offering me a derisively low compensation. Wish I’d never attempted to buy from them. The goods are lovely quality and I’d be delighted if they actually fitted the size advertised. Hoping to resolve this as plenty of people do seem happy with their items. Update. No returns unless I ship to china at my expense. No customer services. Don’t waste your time. Avoid.

Not such a good fit.

Lots of contact advising the whereabouts of my order which was very good. The bras arrived and the fabric is very soft which I liked. The reason for the 3 stars is the straps keep pinging off the hook attachment, in order to stop my boobs from falling out the top I have to have the straps tight which in uncomfortable. Even then if I bend down I still get a double boob effect going on. Non of my other bras which are shaped the same do this. Plus I have it on the tightest hooks around the back. There’s not a lot of support at the sides either. The second bra fits totally differently even though it’s only the colour that is different. So all in all I won’t be buying any others

The bras did not fit. They offered me a minimal amount of money to keep them to which I said no I want to return. They are cheap and dont do what they say on the tin. Beware.... trying to return and get your money back is like getting blood out of a stone 0/10
