cannot see how i return this bra. I bought it for my disabled sister but I dont even need her to try it on as I. an see that the cup size is much too small.The original packaging is present though she ripped it but i will pack it up well. The material was lovely and soft and fit round the body perfectly but the cup size was much too small so unfortunately, the bra is no use to me 🙁

From debating that I even bought an item off them after sending back the actual email showing that I had, to it being the completely wrong size - don't go near them. The items was the largest in the site, and would barely cover a fly not to mind a human.
Don’t touch this company. I ordered from what I understood to be a UK company as the web address was .UK. Now it purports to be a US company but the products are shipped from and more crucially to be returned to China. The bra I ordered was prominently advertised as being ‘super firming and uplifting’. The bra I received 6 weeks later was just thin flimsy stretchy fabric with cheap foam cups inserted through strange open slits. The cups were not attached to the bra and moved and twisted looking ridiculous when tried on. The straps had nowhere near enough adjustment to give any lift and one cup was an inch smaller across than the other. I immediately contacted them to request a return but they refused saying the bra was not faulty even though I sent photos to show the problems. At first they offered a £5 refund, then £9 which I rejected.As I had paid by PayPal I raised a claim with them and at that point realised I had been charged UK vat illegally. The VAT was refunded but the still disputed the refund but then offered £7. Eventually they said they would accept the return but at my cost, fully tracked to China, or a 50% refund and keep the bra, due to the high postage costs I had no alternative but to accept that. I should have checked more thoroughly before ordering but the webpage looked like a UK company with the usual buyer protection, they are not even the US company they also pretend to be, scammers.
All the descriptions were wrong the item is not fit for purpose and does not work as advertised it’s a pile of plastic shit
Delivery was fast, ordering on the websire was very easy. I'm very dissapointed with the sizing though. I ordered a 2xl which stated a UK 40C would fit. Now I know this is my correct size after having my annual measurements at a popular UK store. The bras received, although stating to be 2xl's were more like a 1xl. My daughter who is a 34C now has them & they're a perfect fit.

I sent email on delivery day 30.06.2026) to advise, my extreme disappointment with the product, size, flimziness, and doesn't do what it advertises, no high pressure for cleaning patios, drive ways etc.
Items are great, it was just the length of time they took to arrive.
It was easy to place the order and the only reason I am not giving it five stars is the length of time it took to receive the glasses.
