I have used this many times for travel and many different countries. I have never had an issue with the exception of this time. We use the app in Portugal and there are many times where I would have to close and reopen the Sim to get it to work. The other thing that happened this time is that really messes up my contacts. It didn’t recognize contact names and then when I went back to my regular SIM card, I had to re-enter the names and save. Other than having to turn the app on and off to get Internet service again it was a good experience. GPS navigation worked great. This was something that was important to us as we were renting a car and driving in a foreign country.

I had the 5G connection fail. I connected to the chatbot and after a quick session the 5G started working I'm almost certain the failure was caused by an android security update which restarted the phone overnight

This was my first time using an esim. Airalo was so easy and affordable. They offered a few different packages which was great as well. I was connected easily when I arrived Portugal. I had a couple of times in the week where I didn't have a connection but it was for such a short time. Overall, it was reliable and I will use them again.

Really good service whilst in Morocco. A little fiddly to set up but it worked immediately. Marked it down mainly because it broke my UK Simm with Mozillion & I had to get it replaced .
