Amazing, service works really well if you follow the directions there's more steps than I realized depending on your phone. One thing is the top up was supposed to renew automatically but I personally needed wifi for some reason.

Our initial plans had to change
Our initial plans had to change, so the esim we had bought in advance no longer had a use. Asked if we could change it to a different country. After a bit of 'head scratching' they kindly changed it. Many thanks.

It seems that, at times, when I set up my eSIM, I have a bit of uncertainty that it is correctly done. This last time was solved with AI chat bot. Even enough that I did not need to talk to a human.

Airalo has affordable prices and good package choices. I always use it when I travel. I’m an oldie, I find it easy to buy and install. Also the coverage is excellent whenever I’ve traveled. I highly recommend using Airalo when traveling!

I couldn't get the mobile data to work …
I couldn't get the mobile data to work they did eventually get it to work after 3 days without data. That was yesterday, today it went off this afternoon and not coming back unless I switch off phone and restart. Then it goes off again. I'm giving up.

Euro plan did not work
Euro plan did not work. Ended up buying multiple plans per country UPDATE: 19 October 2026 - very pleased with the quick response of Aíralo to look into and address my issue as well as the gesture to resolve the issue. The quick and customer centric response was very refreshing and I will certainly continue to use this service because of this.

Esim Install Support - excellent customer service
I made a mistake and accidentally installed the esim I purchased for my wife onto my phone having already installed my one. This left me with two esims for travel on my phone on none on my wife's. I contacted the customer services team and was transferred after a brief while to a human rather than the chatbot. The person I was deaing with, Christopher, was amazing and was able to help me resolve the issue. He clearly explained what he needed from me to help me and then gave me a solution I was happy with. This is the first time I have used Airalo and was pleased with the product before my interaction with the support team. Based on the service received I would recommend this product and company to anyone I know. Very impressed.

One of the worst experiences I have…
One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company! Airalo charged me $10 for a data package, only for me to be told that my data was used up within one minute! How is that even possible? What made the experience even worse was the customer service. Instead of properly investigating my issue and providing a reasonable explanation, the representative kept sending responses that did not address my concerns. I felt completely ignored and dismissed. I wasted my money, my time, and was left without the internet connection I had paid for when I needed it. This is absolutely unacceptable. I paid for a service that I did not properly receive, and the way my complaint was handled made everything worse. I will never use Airalo again, and I will make sure to share my experience with everyone around me so they know what they could be dealing with. Extremely disappointing service, terrible customer support, and a complete waste of money. I strongly do not recommend Airalo!
