a flight i booked was canceled after i paid, then i was prompted to rebook and it canceld again, and said bothhad been refunded to my bank. when i checked my bank had no refund I THEN checked redit and qourum etc for scam alerts. well when i saw these reviews i freeked out and thought i had been scammed twice! for 500$. i was so mad i called some poor operator and gave it to her. and was depressed for 24 hrs.
then my bank was refunded!

and i see my depression shows an out of control attachment to money.
i dont think airpaz are scamming criminal theives, the online company, and tech is just terrible and will probably fail terribly if they dont get their software act together and stop trying to get buisness by looking like other sites
i dont reccommend useing them but i dont think the SCAM lable is fair
I don’t usually write reviews for trustpilot but to reassure anyone who has booked through this company I’ve had such a great experience with them on my 2 flights from Sri Lanka to Cambodia as a UK citizen. The seats selected for me were great, my pre booked meals were exactly as confirmed and documents were clear and received in plenty of time. Literally no issues from my experience and great communication from them!
22/02/2025 I booked through Airpaz because Thai Vietjet kept rejecting my cc. The booking went through, received confirmation w/tkt numbers. I was skeptical. Yesterday I checked in online no trouble. Today I did priority check I, checked bags, no problems. It all went smoothly. I say use Airpaz. 4 star because Iwas a bit uneasy using them but all went well.
I ordered and found out it was not air Asia. Everything looked the same.
I paid 20 % more for the same tickets!
So I read the reviews and for scared. I found 1 review that the person did not change date, and he got the tickets.
The same case for me! So we had no problems. All went fine!

I tried to contact them but they are not helpful. So I Will NEVER recommend the Company. They charge bigger for same tickets.
But if you by mistake buy and dont change date or name then do not worry. Its fine. There fore I give 2 stars.
we had booking from Philippines to Singapore in dec of 24, plane schedule was changed, airpaz notified us straight away with option to take voucher for different flight or refund which we took, sorted out very efficiently with no hassle more than pleased with there service.

I came here to leave a review as I've been so happy with the service so far, so it came as a complete shock to see so many negative reviews! We're currently touring around Thailand for the month and so far I have booked two flights through airpaz, Bangkok to Chiang Mai, and Chiang Mai to Bangkok. Both times my confirmations have come through very quickly and information on how to check in. One successful flight completed and currently sat at the boarding gate waiting to catch my second flight in the week. If this puts your mind to rest I can 100% confirm this hasn't been a scam, in fact I'm very pleased with the service.
Do not believe on other reviews. I've been using Airpaz for quiet some time now. They are legit and it saved me 30% - 70% off my plane ticket. This site helps me so much. THANK YOU SO MUCH AIRPAZ!!

I allready bought tickets for Lion Air and Super Air Jet threw Airpaz when I saw this rewiews how it is scam but my expirience is great.
It is not scam, everything went well, the flights were a little bit delayed but it has nothing to do with Airpaz.
I booked last minute return tickets for European flight with Airpaz, after which I checked the reviews and was absolutely horrofied that I have been scammed. After around 1h I received my tickets safe and sound by email. So the reviews are not reflecting my experience at all. Very happy with the purchase and quick turnaround.
Hey there! I just booked flights from Cebu to Manila for my family, and everything went super smoothly. I had my tickets in less than 10 minutes! I think maybe those bad reviews are from people outside the Philippines. This was my first time using Airpaz, and it was a breeze. I'm a happy customer all the way from the Philippines!
I've traveled across Asia and South East Asia and back to Europe using Airpaz more than once; I don't know what it is with the bad reviews: I personally encountered no issues at all with Airpaz. The prices were often the lowest, the interface is easy to use, and I would not hesitate to use it again.
Hi, I am writing a genuine feed back. I booked a ticket on 27th April 2024 after paying I started waiting for my ticket then later 2-3 hours i checked they cancelled my booking. Then later i got msg (This booking was unsuccessful and we will process your refund immediately. Feel free to make a new booking.)
Then later i applied for refund after some times they didn’t reply me. I started getting worry later i emailed them they said we will send voucher then again i mailed many times that i want my refund as it is i pay u. So after 10 days of waiting finally i received my money in account.
I must have got lucky because i booked a flight from thailand to the uk with airpaz and it all went ok. I just nipped in to reviews before booking a return and boy was i surprised! Im off now to book with someone else.
Although it did take 3-4 hours of waiting and sweating it (after reading all these reviews) we did get our Tickets Emailed. Hopefully they step it up for everyone who hasn’t received the same outcome.
They are a legit site.
Initially I thought its a spam site as they took good 12 hrs to confirm the tickets after taking the payment. However it being a travel agent , it works like that only. I got discounted tickets delivered to me on email after 12 hours exact.
Hence no grudges now. Thanks Airpaz team
