The problem occurred during my booking with some confused & misunderstood contexts on app-website about refundable booking. Still they help me to get the refund voucher back!!
Cheapest price but took a bit more than 2 hours to confirm flight tickets
Initially my flight tickers were not confirmed within 2 hours, unlike what was written in first email that I had received after booking. But tickets were confirmed within a few more hours. I got the cheapest price. Price was the reason why I preferred Airpaz over all others shown at Google.

I don't leave too many reviews, but after seeing all of the negative ones for Airpaz I thought I should. I found return flights (Osaka to Sydney) on Google and booked with Airpaz, about 60,000 yen cheaper than other options (Tway and Scoot). After getting a confirmation email with no booking reference numbers, I was quite worried and after looking at reviews for Airpaz, even more worried. However, a few hours later I got my booking reference numbers and checked the flights directly with the airlines. Everything on my itinerary went fine and as planned.

Okay so I was insanely worried after booking flights to Finland through airpaz. I haven't been on a flight since pre covid, so I just went along with the whole booking process not thinking much of it. I then panicked and came to trust pilot after booking my flights and not getting an email straight away. The reviews here didn't fill me with hope! However, by some miracle I was able to get on all of my flights, both there and back without any issues! The only thing I would say is you need to double check what kind of ticket you have, because I booked thinking I had luggage but when I checked with the actual airline, it said I didn't even have carry on baggage. I had to pay extra for this, which in the end cost me more than if I'd just booked everything with the airline company instead. Happy that my flights were fine but I won't be booking with this company again, just incase! If you've already booked your flights then don't panic, just check all the details and hope that your flights don't get cancelled 🙈

Scary but good experience.. so far
Interesting things I found out about Airpaz. I tried booking through airpaz but it is not direct booking. It is 3rd party website that takes your payment does the booking of ticket. Immediately after payment i read reviews here and was in panic. The email said "they confirm" my payment and my ticket will be issued within 2hours, however as 2 hours passed i panicked more. I had live chats with customer care and they were helpful. i got my ticket issued after 2 hours and 20 mins with an apology email for delay. I still did not complete my journey but i hope nothing turns bad. I suggest everyone to be wise when booking your tickets from 3rd party website. Directly book from airline websites.

Booked 4 tickets from Ibiza to Rotterdam, last night, via Google Flights. Received the payment confirmation and the receipt, but not the tickets. Neither could I find the booking in my Transavia app. Panicked and looked on trustpilot, which made me panick even more. Eventually called with Airpaz customer service, got connected quickly and spoke to a very nice lady. She emailed me while I stayed on the phone. It turned out that they spelled my last name as one word instead of two. That is why I couldn’t find the tickets. Now I have them and everything is okay. So for me, thankfully, a positive experience !

When we saw the reviews after booking a flight we got a bit scared, thinking we got scammed. Two days before the flight we got the boarding passes en managed to fly (so it was not a scam). The problems people seem to have, are when they try to refund, change other dates etc. When not doing so, i think you will be just fine

The thing I notice is that if u allready book the flight and it show the words issue it mean we safe and the thing u should not do just dont ask for refund or change flight it will make you in a mess and at the end you will say the company scam. Sure, the ticket arrived by email only after 4+ hours and not within the hour as stated. But everything was in order, the name was spelt correctly, it was the right flight n destination, and clear instructions were given for checking in. So it deserves five.

I made a flight reservation from Manila to Cebu through this website because when I googled flights from said destination, it was the cheapest amongst all the options. However, after the payment was made, there was no ticket confirmation received. I waited for some time, and still no e-ticket. Never have I ever encountered this problem before when booking flights, even with thirds parties. After paying, the e-ticket should've been sent to my email after a few minutes, if not instantly. So then I got to thinking this might be a scam. So I googled "airpaz review." Lo and behold, lots of negative reviews! I immediately contacted them via email and called their costumer hotline (Canada) to ask for a cancelation of the transaction. They promptly did, which I appreciate and thankful for. However, I would NEVER ever book again through this third party. It's very sketchy, and looks like a hit and miss. Also, it's hard to understand their call center agent because of the loud background. There were 3-4 people in the background talking and laughing, the lady I spoke to has a soft voice. At any rate, I would NEVER recommend this website. Pretty sketchy.
Everything was fine
I was so concerned after booking with airpaz as I've read all the bad reviews about their service... But actually I had no problems with them, I booked a flight bali-jakarta with them and everything was fine, no cancellations or any other issues. In the ticket they send you there's a booking number but please note that for checking the status of your flight on the company website you will need the actual booking reference from the actual company, so make sure you send them an email and they will issue your official ticket.
