Mr. Schreck, We were equally disappointed that the permitting requirements in your area had recently changed. Our company truly wishes your permit office had not changed their permit regulations so we could have assisted you, as was standard practice previously. It is our hope that you can find a building that will not only meet your needs, but also meet your permit requirements, even if that is not from us. Warmest Regards, Suzie

Ms. Jones, I am unable to locate any orders with our company under your name. Did you perhaps use a different name to place an order? Or did you possibly order with a different company? We hope to hear from you so we can assist further! Sincerely, Suzie

Mr. Controne, We were equally devastated to learn the crew could not access your installation site. That is truly never the outcome we hope for when a customer trusts us with their building needs. Unfortunately it is a requirement that the crew be able to reach the site to install a building, and when that is not possible, the only option we have is to cancel the order entirely. Our hope is that you can find a storage solution that will ultimately work with your space, even if that is not with us. Warmest Regards, Suzie

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We are equally as disappointed in the manufacturer being unable to provide a clear answer on the swing of certain types of doors we offer. As soon as we can find a better solution, we will absolutely implement it.

Tiffany, We were equally disappointed to learn that the poor weather conditions caused the delivery to be cancelled. Unfortunately the crew's safety will always be our number one priority. While I do see your father has been rescheduled for the very next route headed to his area, I have offered him the option to cancel with a full refund if he would not prefer to wait any longer. Please ask him to reach out to us if he would like to cancel with a refund as offered. Sincerely, Suzie
