I bought a patio umbrella, and there were two small holes in the canopy. I would like to receive a replacement canopy or a discount on the purchase price. I received a low-quality product that should never have passed quality control. Instead of taking responsibility, the seller demanded that I pay the return shipping costs for a defective product.
I have spent the last five days contacting customer support. Every single agent gives me the same copy-and-paste response: "Please wait for an email" or "The seller will contact you soon." No one follows up, no one solves the problem, and no one takes responsibility. It feels like customers are deliberately being kept waiting until they give up.
A marketplace should protect honest buyers, not make them pay for the seller's mistakes. If AliExpress cannot ensure basic customer protection and fair dispute resolution, it cannot be trusted as a reliable shopping platform.
This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in AliExpress. I will avoid shopping here in the future and will warn others to think carefully before placing an order.
They're just a scam company who sell fake goods and a high price and there items sellers state free returns and then keep asking for pictures or videos when you try to return items i would completely avoid them they price things cheaply and then his you with tax and a very, very high postage price
