I bought a patio umbrella
I bought a patio umbrella, and there were two small holes in the canopy. I would like to receive a replacement canopy or a discount on the purchase price. However, AliExpress is making things difficult; I have sent photos several times. I was told I would get a discount, but so far, I have received nothing. I find this unacceptable, especially since I frequently buy items from their site; the way they treat customers is terrible. I am proposing two options: a new canopy or a discount on the purchase.
