I ordered 2 items March 2023 hoping they would arrive before my 40th birthday party in April as I was confident it would since it states delivery 7-21 days. I have been emailing and receiving almost the same automated email. I also noted discrepancies with emails for e.g one email it stated my order was dispatched then lost, it had been sent, to wait patiently as it is a popular order. I requested to receive my money back and I got a reply they will charge me 15%. We are in June 2023 nearly July and order has not arrived, still states awaiting shipment. Extremely disappointed. Not recommend shopping on this site.

If I could give this website no stars I would. Complete scammers. Purchased a dress that was supposed to be a sequined maxi dress in a gorgeous green colour with a cape flowing over the shoulders. What arrived can only be described as a rubbish copy of what I I believe was now a stock photo from a runway somewhere. Poorly made, cheap polyester material, not a sequin in sight. Theonly resemblance to the dress was the colour green. Instantly tried to contact their customer service, emails kept getting returned as undeliverable. Phone number given does not work. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
Product delivered is not what your order
Order was super late and the item received had NOTHING, but I mean NOTHING to do with the photo. The "knot" in the fabric is printed. The material is so thin and bad quality the long dress fit in my tiny mail box. The finishing/trims are all falling apart. Please save your time and money and order on another website

Scammers. Ordered dress that never arrived and keep getting the same email back saying to be patient.
Discussed with the lack of service
It's unfortunate about 6 weeks ago I placed an order. It's very disappointing to say the least, my order is still pending shipment which has not changed since I've placed my order. I recently followed up and was advised by support to patiently wait as they working through order. I'm sorry waiting 6 weeks I think is more than reasonable. I requested to cancell however was advise I can't cancel as it is past 24hrs since my order was placed. My issue is, at no point was I advises within that 24hr period that there are delays as they now claim. I order the products to have it by the 12 May, needless to say I am no closer to receiving it than 6 weeks ago. This is exceptionally poor performance and to be told I must be patient and if I would like to cancel it will cost me 15% of the total purchase, yet they have failed to provide early notification of a delay in delivery. I will never order nor recommend this place to anyone.

I order the 40 item pallet and never received it. Spent almost $90 with these people saying that it would be here 5 to 7 business days and it’s now been more than 2months. They do not honor what they sale or say they sale. I want my money back or the pallet I bought. Plain and simple a total rip off.
