评价综述
AI 生成Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. People often share that buying kits is straightforward, and they appreciate the fast shipping along with the beautiful selection of available designs. Many customers enjoy spending their free time on these relaxing creative projects, finding the overall customer service very impressive and helpful. Some reviewers were not happy with the paint pots, mentioning that certain colors were quite dry or thick and difficult to apply. A few other people also felt that canvases sometimes arrived creased from shipping, while others struggled to completely cover the dark printed numbers with lighter shades.

Don't do it...I bought six paintings- 1. All acrylic paints arrived already hard as plastic. 2. 'Pictures' are printed onto a vinyl/plastic surface - not canvas. 3. Pictures arrived wrinkled. Pressing under heavy objects, ironing with a towel and gentle heat - nothing has worked to smooth them out. 4. Wrote an email, sent to 'contact us' describing these issues. No response. 5. Received an email from the today stating 'if you leave a 4 or 5 star review" on this site they will send me something ...free. Nope. 0 stars...

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Since paint-by-number kits typically contain no more than 24 colors, some similar colors may blend together. Additionally, differences in monitors and lighting conditions may result in the actual color of the product differing slightly from the color shown in the picture. Please send the image to our email address, and we will verify it and provide a solution for you.
I ordered two paint by number sets
I ordered two paint by number sets. They arrived expeditiously and in perfect condition. The one is a gift, but the other one is for myself. I ironed it and it ironed beautifully. The paints work well and the colours are vivid. I didn’t use the included paint brushes as I have a set that I regularly use. Seeing how this set goes before ordering another. I’m excited to finish it!

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Due to international shipping, some of the package may have been compressed during transportation. You can use an iron to flatten the canvas. First, gently stretch the canvas, and be careful not to use too high a temperature. This will not damage the canvas. If this still doesn't work, please send me a photo to our email.

I brought this to enable me to start to feel better about myself and get back into painting. I’ve really enjoyed my first project, and will be doing more. It’s also encouraging to experiment with the blending techniques, so I’m not just sticking to the numbers. Money well spent
