Some reviewers were not happy with the paint pots, mentioning that certain colors were quite dry or thick and difficult to apply. A few other people also felt that canvases sometimes arrived creased from shipping, while others struggled to completely cover the dark printed numbers with lighter shades.
do not order small paint by numbers canvas. i hope they do big ones better
I ordered cat and girl 20cm x 20cm paint by numbers canvas. The colors are completely off. I noticed it just viewing provided colors upon receiving but decided to give it a try. Well, instead of bight, vivid painting I've got super gloomy mostly brown-dark brown-gray-ish painting with much less details. the cat's face look ugly and scary instead of cute. The numbers on canvas are so dark that I have to apply paint 3-6 times to cover even on darker colors. very upsetting experience. I would give a negative star if I could. If you cannot make a nice product - do not do it at all.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Due to differences in monitors and lighting conditions, the actual color of the product may differ slightly from the color shown in the picture. The pigment will also be slightly darker after drying than when wet.
We strictly adhere to the standard color chart for our formulations. Slight color differences are not considered a quality issue, so please understand. Please feel free to contact me with any other questions.
I was disappointed that there was not a paper copy of the picture with numbers. I use it to confirm the correct colour paint. As well the numbers imprinted on the paint vials come off very easily.
The paintings themselves are good. The only issue we had with the order was the paint was too dry out and required us to acquire paint thinner. Still a good seller just replace dry paint with fresher paint. Would buy from again
So far, so good. Order arrived within a week, everything appears to be included, and the canvas weight is good (and rolled not folded). Looking forward to painting.
The painting came packed very poorly and very wrinkled. I had to bring it to a framer to dry mount and try to remove the wrinkles. Should have been packed flat and not rolled in flimsy paper.

We are really sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Because it is international long-distance transportation, sometimes some packages will be squeezed during transportation.
The canvas can be flattened by ironing it with an ironing machine. Have you tried that？If it still doesn't work, please send me the picture.
They reached out to me directly when an item was out of stock. Offered to replace it or if I wanted to wait until it came back in. THAT'S customer service.
I have painted several floral paintings and had them framed and no one could ever tell they are paint bynumber, they are so beautiful. However, i ordered another kit recently and although most of the paints were in good condition, a couple of them were almost dried up and then its very difficult to use them.
Awesome product - exactly as the picture showed. I am enjoying painting it. Some of the paints are a little thicker than I would have anticipated but still do their job.
Only disappointment is that I expected it to be framed already.
