Today I had a reply by email saying my 90 day return time was up, This 90 day return time was to return FAKE APPLE EAR PHONES which on the box was Ear (Pdso) Pods, I did not order Pods or Pdso? The box small print said with a Lightining connector, fake spelling again. Anyway they want me to pay the post to return FAKE APPLE GOODS BUT THE 90 DAYS ARE UP? Will up date soon again after I have talked to professionals, Once again I appeal to people not to buy from this company, THEY DO NOT DO REFUNDS FOR FAKE GOODS! Once again had another over polite email from Alphasmartphones, treating me as a satisfied customer when TrustPilot verified my EVIDENCE that was CONFIRMED BY APPLE STORE IN LIVERPOOL THAT THE ITEM THEY SENT ME WAS "FAKE", I appeal to people to not trust this company as they DO and have sent me fake apple Ear Pods described as Ear Pdso?? which was ordered by me as EARPHONES? I ordered APPLE ear phones for my iPhone, they came late and I paid 16.00 GBP for them, they looked like Apple going by the box but when I used them a noise like a trumpet kept sounding in my ears while music was playing, I arrived home from a bike ride and examined the Box, it said on the box Apple Ear Pods on the front but when I looked more carefully at the small print WITH all the usual Apple logos and EU signage it actually misspelt Ear Pod, it had Apple EarPdos? I then emailed them and demanded a full refund which was completely ignored, I then demanded again a full refund and it was again completely ignored, I then for a third time demanded another refund and it was completely ignored, I took these fake Ear Pods to the Apple Store in Liverpool One shopping centre and Apple staff CONFIRMED they were fake, I knew they where fake but wanted Apple to confirm it, this company is dealing in fake goods and I will talk to Apple tomorrow again and just sent a complaint to trading Standards. Alphasmartphones.co.uk say customers may have a refund but has to pay the return post, why? They sent out fake goods? Anyone reading this please do not order a thing from them as they are fake and do not work as they should and the sound quality is appalling. I really do not know what Alphaphones are up to here, yes I am late replying to Trust Pilot, this is due to Avery serious case of long Covid. I make my review on Trust Pilot and what do Alphaphpones want me to do now that I have proved they are dealing in fake (Counterfeit) Goods, If Alpha phone want more evidence they are dealing in Fake Goods I am in the next few days posting at my expense the Fake Apple Pods or Pdos as described on your fake box????? - As it is misspelt on the box of their fake goods they sent me, they want me to return their fake goods at my cost, I don't think so, and I would rather post them at my expense Direct to Apples investigative dept and Alphasmartphones can deal direct with Apple, Question to Trust Pilot and Alphasmartphones; Why are you bothering me to explain more details, I have already done that and I can not make fake Apple products REAL. It is simple, Alphasmartphones, You have my money, send it back to my account ASAP, If I do not have my money returned this coming week I will post your fake goods to Apple and you still need to refund MY money ASAP. Then you can explain to Apple direct as I suggest above!

Delivery was prompt and product was in genuine and sound packaging. When used, however, it somehow didn’t work. They were surprised but sent a new one out almost straight away, and it looks and works perfectly fine.

Sells fake Apple chargers. Hopefully you notice a problem within the 90 days otherwise they are not interested. (Nice reply!) Didn’t even mention AirPods. READ. above Purchased 2 ‘official’ Apple chargers for iPhone and both have failed after a few months. Sent an email explaining problems and was palmed off saying Issues can occur with these electronics.
