I looked everywhere on the internet to find a charger that suits my needs but couldn’t find any then I found it on alpha Smartphones, also the delivery took less than the estimated time but the email wasn’t not clear on when your delivery arriving and I think the invoice email could be better. I remembered the estimated time for the delivery before placing my order.

Alpha smartphones were quick and easy to purchase from. I had bought a pair of Apple lightning bolt connector earphones, but these require bluetooth to work, which didn't match the online description. Nevertheless, they were very kind to offer me a refund and correct their product page, which is decent.

Would have given 0 stars if I had the option. Please DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Still no delivery of my order after 3 weeks even though I paid for next day delivery. Requested a full refund but they are refusing to refund me askingme to wait a little longer!!. They are very dishonest. Having to now file a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

I ordered a pair of used Samsung Galaxy buds pro. What turned up is a cheap Chinese knock off copy that is very poor quality. I am reporting to trading standards. UPDATE Received a phone call asking me to remove the review and they will refund my purchase, blaming suppliers. Was told they will be sending a prepaid envelope to send back. Still waiting for that to turn up.
