After speaking directly with the client, we clarified the situation and provided more insight into the status of the account and ongoing negotiations. While legal actions can still occur during the process, this does not mean efforts to resolve the account have stopped. We appreciate the opportunity to connect and are encouraged that the client feels more confident moving forward, particularly as we near the end of the program. We remain committed to supporting them through to successful completion. We are so happy that Marcus was able to assist you, and we will be sure to pass your feedback on to him!

Early in your program, we were able to successfully negotiate a settlement on your largest account, representing approximately 67% of your total enrolled debt, at about 50% of the balance, just two months into a 36-month program. This was a meaningful step forward, and progress was being made on your behalf. At your request, several other accounts were later removed from the program, including accounts where we believe positive outcomes could have been achieved as well. We understand that navigating debt relief can be stressful, and we respect that everyone’s situation and expectations are different. Our team worked in good faith to deliver results and remains committed to transparency and open communication. We encourage anyone with concerns to reach out to us directly so we can address them constructively.
