There is hope.
I have been with ACCS for over 2 yrs. My monthly payment is $450. I’m a 71 yr senior on a fixed income so needless to say it a struggle. I only have 8 months left & I will have completed the program early. This weekend to my surprise I was served paper saying one of my creditors Capitol One was suing me. I called ACCS to complain. Days later I received a call from ACCS and spoke to Marcus. My whole attitude changed after speaking with him. He was patient, kind, funny & a pleasure to talk to, I completely trust his knowledge & advice. He made the terrible experience of being sued tolerable and I could relate to him. Kudos to you Marcus. You are truly the best CS rep that I’ve spoken to @ ACCS. Thank you & GOD Bless you. 😊

After speaking directly with the client, we clarified the situation and provided more insight into the status of the account and ongoing negotiations. While legal actions can still occur during the process, this does not mean efforts to resolve the account have stopped. I had an excellent experience working with David Wellington. An actual scam from beginning to end. Do not fall for it Also if they call you asking to increase your monthly payments, deny them. Their six month “new start loan” bullshit restarts the moment you do it.
