Very clear explanation of options and steps to the program. Very friendly and cheerful throughout the process. More than willing to explain the same issue multiple ways. Used clear, common sense language to answer all questions. Maria is a joy to work with and I look forward to having her as my representative going forward.

I was fortunate to have my call answered by Ed Packman. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He is also very honest and he makes you feel like the most important person in the room. He discussed all of my options in regards to my financial needs. He answered all of my questions and was very open about the process and what I could expect from start to finish. He is truly an asset to the company. I really enjoyed the entire time speaking with him. You can tell he really likes his job and he really likes helping people. It was such a pleasure speaking with Ed Packman from ACCS. I was very nervous and unsure about the offer. Ed made sure the experience was great and that I understood and was comfortable with the options I was given. Ed Explained in detail how I would begin, about how long it would take to get my situation resolved. He also was giving me real honest answers. I felt like Ed really was taking the time to listen to what needs I needed so he could find the best option for me. He had answers to all of my worries and questions. He explained things extremely well. And I never felt rushed or pressured into any of the options which made me much more comfortable. Since Ed was so detailed and had all the answers to my questions, honest answers, I feel great with the option that I picked. Even though we just started the process I already feel less pressure and stress as a parent with getting my debt taken care of and getting life back on track. I am So thankful that I got to speak with Ed Packman yesterday. I just wanna get out of this debt and be the best parent I can be for my son. I wanna get my credit score back up so I can have things in life for my family. Ed seems to understand that. Speaking with Ed, this was the first experience I’ve ever had trying to take care of my debt and someone actually taking the time to explain things to me and making sure I understood. Ed truly understood the issue I’m having being in this hole of all this credit card debt. He understood that I’m trying to get my financial debt right as a mother and my son being in college. I have to be great for him for him to be great. Ed understood that I really need to get my stuff straightened out so I can be the best parent I can be and financially be there for my child.

Marco Lopez is the best at his job
Marco Lopez is the best at his job, he helped me a lot to be able to have a lower payment on my debts. I was with another company that charged me much more and with them I'm going to save 300 dollars a month thanks to the excellent explanation that Marco gave me on how to manage my debts and also how to save. Thank you for your help, I highly recommend them.
